1) Golden Skybridge

New this year, experience the Canadian Rockies in a thrilling way with the Railrider Mountain Coaster! The first of its kind in Western Canada, the 3,375-foot track takes riders through an old-growth forest, along the canyon and down the mountainside.

3) Grizzly Bear Interpretive Center
Located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, the Grizzly Bear Refuge is home to Boo the Bear. In his 20-acre mountainside habitat, Boo hunts, plays, forages and explores which visitors can view on daily interpretive tours. These tours follow Boo during his day and are educational and interactive, offering both a unique experience while teaching visitors more about this at-risk species.

4) Hiking
As the snow begins to melt, spring is the perfect time to start exploring the hiking trails around Golden. Surrounded by six national parks, there are a wide variety of trails that cater to different skill levels and offer different types of scenery.
